Opposition to the registration

Following the publication of the registration, the proprietor of earlier trade marks within a time limit of three months against the registration. Objection can be raised in principle, if it is feared that confusion with its own declared or registered - even CTM or IR-brand - brand is. He must be in writing, be filed within a period of three months after the publication of the registration.

In the case of a trademark opposition proceeding because older it may be that the mark is deleted.
