Who can register a trademark?

Anyone can register a brand specifically. Any natural or legal person, ie, private individuals and businesses.
Representation by a lawyer is not mandatory, but it could still be a good idea to seek professional help before the filing of the application!
Obligations as proprietor
Anyone who owns a registered trademark, it should also use seriously. A brand that has not been used for the registration within a period of five years may be deleted at the request or complaint on grounds of revocation.
