What signs can be protected as a trademark?

As a brand, all characters are entered, can be represented graphically:
- Words, letters, numbers
- Picture elements, images and shapes
- Colors and color combinations
- acoustic signals (music, jingles, Klägen)
- Characters with movement
Tip:
Have you come up with a distinctive and unique character! Otherwise you run the risk that your application will be rejected. Think carefully about what character you want to register! If you wish to make application to register a significant change in your character, you must register a new brand.
