Trademarks are registered for certain goods and services. This determines the scope of the brand. All goods and services are divided because of the Nice Classification in 45 classes.
Tip:
Think about it in advance to cover, which may mark the classes in a few years!
If you add a new class of goods and services in the future want, you must file a new trademark application.
