The registration of a mark protected in Germany (DPMA) costs 300 EUR including 3 classes (goods and services classes), from the 4th Class 100 EUR for each additional class. Here you will find a complete list of fees by the DPMA .
The registration of a mark protected in Europe (Community trade mark at OHIM) costs 1050 EUR for three classes and for each additional class 150 EUR.
Is it still qualify?
When you register a Community trade electronically - a so-called e-filing - you get
a discount of 150 EUR per registration. An application einschlieβlich 3 classes is then only 900 EUR.
