The Trademark Office examines the registration process, whether the trademark application meets the statutory requirements, the classification of goods and services is correct and whether the registration of the trademark conflict with so-called absolute grounds for refusal.

If the application complies with the formalities and is no prior refusal, bearing the Trademark Office the trademark in the Register. The registration is published in the Electronic Trade Mark Journal. The owner receives a certificate of registration.
